I found this explanation to be a fantastic place to start, having used LIME myself. Like flinsypop, I think it would be helpful to provide a detailed example. This is nicely demonstrated by Josh Starmer on Statquest, for instance, when he explains xgboost.
Additionally, I believe that improving your accent is something you should do if you want to keep creating instructional YouTube videos. Even a natural speaker would find it difficult to understand, and I imagine non-natives would find it difficult to access your excellent content.
