Just a quick reminder that the NeurIPS 2024 decision notifications will be released on September 26, 2024, at 3:00 AM CEST. I thought it would be great to start a thread for discussing it.

It’s naive to assume they’ll release the decisions on time.
There was a significant delay between the decision deadline and the final notifications at ICLR and ICML this year, primarily due to the surge in submissions. I anticipate a similar, if not worse, situation with NeurIPS.

That’s expected. I don’t understand why people started a thread when there are still over 24 hours until the decision.

I have an average score of 5 (6, 5, 5, 4). I’m bracing myself for disappointment.
