Exploring Practical Applications of Machine Learning: Transforming My Note-Taking Process

Hello everyone,

I’ve always found note-taking challenging—on the one hand, I love having everything organized, but on the other, constantly categorizing and formatting notes drives me crazy! Can anyone relate? I kept wishing for an AI tool to handle it all, so I decided to create one myself.

I developed a basic version of the tool I envisioned, called Stackie. It helps me organize stacks of information—just type in whatever you need, and Stackie automatically sorts and structures every note (and yes, it understands natural language!).

Recently, I was researching different mice for my sore wrist, entered the info into Stackie, and neatly organized everything into my “Mouse Comparison” stack.

I’m also exploring new uses, like tracking my calorie intake since I’ve gained a few pounds and want to get healthier. It’s funny how a tool I created out of laziness has turned out to be so helpful.

I’m brainstorming more ways to use Stackie and would love some fresh ideas. I just launched the beta test and would really appreciate it if you could give it a try, especially if you share these frustrations or just enjoy exploring cool new tech.

Your feedback would be precious!

P.S. I’m working on adding features like auto-statistics and dashboards. What other features would you like to see?

I appreciate your feedback! Yeah, AI is great at processing language quickly, making it super helpful for tasks like this. Haha, I get it—I wish Stackie was available on Android too. Hopefully, we can expand to that platform soon. Thanks for the support, and I hope the app keeps improving as well!

I don’t understand what it’s doing from your description, do you have a video demo?

Sure, let me explain it more simply. Stackie is an app that helps organize your notes automatically. You just type in your information, and it sorts everything into the right place without you having to do much work.

I don’t have a video demo yet, but I can make one if it would help. Would you like that?

Integrating an action button shortcut with the PushToTalkTransmissionIntent sounds like a great idea for making note-taking even easier. Adding CSV export is also a fantastic idea—it would make the app more useful for professionals who need to collect and organize data. I’ll look into adding these features!

Yeah sure, that sounds awesome.
